Mel Gibson has relisted his Costa Rica compound through Christie’s.

The gorgeous 500 acre Playa Barrigona estate was listed in 2010 for $35 million, and again in 2012 for the current $29.75 million dollars.

The property features three homes nestled in a hilltop overlooking the Pacific Ocean.

One villa contains seven bedrooms and eight bathrooms, while two smaller villas have two bedrooms each.

Also on the property is a beautiful pool, not that you’d need to use it, there is a gorgeous white sand beach just a stone’s throw away.
