One of the most expensive homes in Brooklyn has received a price cut of $13 million.
The amazing property located at 2458 National Drive in the Mill Basin part of Brooklyn was once listed for sale at $30 million, but recently received a price reduction of $13 million. It is currently listed for $17 million.
The enormous and elegant, the house looks more in place in the Hamptons on Long Island New York or maybe on Star Island in Miami.
The house was previously listed with a guest house, but it appears the home may have been sold, because the current listing by the Corcoran Group only includes the main house with approximately 15,000 square feet. We’re assuming this is why the price has dropped.
Once owned by John Rosatti, multi-millionaire car dealer owner (rumored to have mob connections), and then sold to the “Russian Paris Hilton” Galina Anisimova, the gorgeous home has a 1,000 square foot pool and spa, and outdoor pavilion with seating for 40 and 257 feet of waterfront.
Have toys? No problem, the house can accommodate four cars in its garage, and two boats in its marina.
Four floors, with 5 bedrooms, nine and a half bathrooms, two powder rooms, den, media room, circular meditation room, a staff room, and a recreation room is all included inside the elaborate property.
Also included is an elevator, gated security, and floor to ceiling windows facing the waterfront.
