Burj Khalifa in Dubai Opens the Worlds Highest Observation Deck in the World

The Burj Khalifa holds a few world records, the latest being home to the highest outdoor observation deck in the world.

Some of the others it holds?

Tallest building in the world, highest number of stories in the world, elevator with longest travel in the world, and highest occupied floor in the world are some of them.

The most recent record comes along with the SKY observation deck that was recently opened.

The observation deck, located on level 148, is a stunning 1,821 feet above the ground, 220 feet higher than the last record holder, the Canton Tower observation deck in Guangzhou, China.

Because it is Dubai, the Burj Khalifa put together a whole experience, called At the Top, Burj Khalifa SKY.

You start by taking an elevator from the ground level of the Dubai Mall to level 125, on level 125 you have a 360 degree view of the city with interactive features, and then you get onto a high-speed elevator that brings you up to the 148th floor, where the highest outdoor terrace in the world is.

The entire experience should last over an hour. Tickets range from $34-$40 for and adult and $25 to $32 for a child at today’s conversion rates, with prices ranging depending on the time of day. You can also upgrade to a fast track ticket.
