Donald Trump, current Republican presidential nomination candidate and real estate mogul, has sold his penthouse in New York for $21 million.
The penthouse was located at New York’s Trump Park Avenue building (not the Trump Tower on Fifth Ave.)
The apartment located on the 24th floor of the 32 story building spans over 6,200 square feet.
The unit has five bedrooms, seven bedrooms and a powder room.
Trump was the first and only owner of the unit on Park Avenue and 59th street, but however, he has never resided there.
The large penthouse has 10 foot ceilings and was listed on the market for $35 million in 2013, and was last offered at $24.995 million.
The property was also available for rent for $80,000.
Trump bought the building in 2001 for $115 million and has since converted the former Delmonico Hotel into a luxury condo building.
