As Uber grows as a company (just within the last week, it has snagged a valuation of $41 billion), it also faces some obstacles.
There were allegations of an Uber driving raping a young female passenger in New Delhi, Thailand has recently banned it, and Singapore, Vietnam and Indonesia are looking into Uber.
Portland recently filed a lawsuit against Uber, saying that the company is an “illegal, unregulated transportation service.”
