Manny Pacquiao Buys Amazing Mansion for $12.5 Million (and 4 Fight Tickets)

When you’re Manny Pacquiao, and you’re competing against 2 other bidders on a house, you can pull ahead of the competition by offering boxing tickets to a highly anticipated match.

Manny Pacquiao was bidding $12.5 million for a gorgeous 10,000 square-foot mansion in Beverly Hills.

The mansion is a gorgeous property with seven bedrooms, eight bathrooms, amazing outdoor space, backyard views overlooking Beverly Hills, and an in-home theatre among other features.

Manny was apparently bidding against 2 other parties, and decided to sweeten the deal with 4 tickets to the upcoming bout on May 2, 2015 between him and Floyd Mayweather Jr.

According to USA Today, Pacquiao’s realtor, Elsa Nelson is quoted saying “No doubt it helped, the sellers are great fans of boxing and of Manny, so it was a big deal.”

Part of Manny’s requests is that the mansion comes fully furnished.
