Michael Jackson’s Neverland Ranch is Now For Sale!

You can buy Michael Jackson’s famous home, Neverland Ranch for $100 million.

The property is not the same when the King of Pop owned it though, the amusement park rides have been removed and so has the exotic animals (well except a llama).

The iconic floral clock however that spells out “Neverland” is still there, along with the train tracks and train station created at Michael Jackson’s request.

The property is located in Los Olivos, about 40 miles from Santa Barbara and is now called “Sycamore Valley Ranch”.

The listing for the property is being handled by Suzanne Perkins and Harry Kolb of Sotheby’s International Realty as well as Jeffrey Hyland of Hilton & Hyland.

The property contains about 2700 acres and has 22 buildings on it.

The main house which sits between the property’s two lakes, is about 12,000 square feet with six bedrooms and an attached staff quarters.

There is also a four bedroom guesthouse near the main home and a two bedroom house slightly further away.

Amenities include a swimming pool with cabana, barbecue area, basketball court, tennis court, and a movie theater that seats 50 with a private viewing balcony.

Note that this is not an opportunity to check out the home as they will require extensive pre-qualification of potential buyers and the seller is not encouraging a lot of showings.
