Pharrell Williams is Selling His Miami Penthouse for Almost $11 Million

Grammy award winning musician Pharrell Williams is selling his Miami penthouse at a price of $10.99 million.

The unit, complete with root top terrace sits on the oceanfront.

The apartment, located on the 40th floor of the Birstol tower in Miami’s business district on Brickell Ave, spans two floors.

The unit has five bedrooms, seven bathrooms, a private movie theater, a billiards room, and has wooden floors, Venetian Stucco walls, and a Pininfarina modeled kitchen.

The apartment was built in 1993, and has 30 foot ceilings which is topped by a translucent dome.

The apartment sprawls over 9,080 square feet and offers panoramic views of both Miami’s skyline and the Atlantic ocean.

Included with the apartment is 5,000 square feet of outdoor space, including a landscaped pool and deck and an outdoor kitchen with entertainment area.

Parking is also no problem, as secured parking for 6 cars is included with the unit.

Williams originally purchased the home in 2007 for $12.525 million, listed it earlier for $16.8 million, and now it’s relisted with a reduced price of $10.99 million.
