The Exclusive $33,000 Whisky Tasting (Including Trying a $240,000 Bottle of Whisky)

There is an exclusive whisky tasting going on this year from November 13 through November 15.

Courtesy of Royal Salute, an elite whisky maker, which has only 21 bottles of its bejeweled and numbered whisky currently in circulation.

Originally created in 1953 by Chivas Brothers, and presented as a tribute to her Majesty Queen Elizabeth II upon her coronation, Royal Salute has always represented the best of the best of Scotch whisky.

Blended from exquisitely aged Scotch whiskies and decorated by Garrard, jewelers to the crown, Tribute to Honor pays tribute to the honors of Scotland.

The whisky tasting weekend includes tea at Claridges, accommodations at The Shard, a private visit to Garrard, the jewelers to the crown, a famed “62 gun salute” in honor of the birthday of HRH the Prince of Wales, private lunch in the Tower of London, dinner at The Little Banqueting House in Hampton Court palace among exclusive tastings.

The price of the bottle of the Tribute to Honor, goes for $240,000 and is among one of the many special whiskies you will sample.

The weekend itself costs around $33,000 but it is an invite-only affair.

The funds will go to support Sentebale, a charity supported by Prince Harry that provides healthcare and education to vulnerable children in Lesotho in southern Africa.
