Nile Niami, a film producer and residential real estate developer is building in Los Angeles’ Bel Air neighborhood a compound that will measure over 100,000 square feet. The main house will be about 74,000 square feet with a 5,00 square foot master bedroom. It will also house three smaller houses across four acres and some of the most amazing amenities. Some such amenities include a 30-car garage, a “Monaco style casino”, tennis court, bowling alley, a 8,5000 square foot night club and four pools. The property will have gorgeous views all around of the Pacific ocean, downtown Los Angeles, Beverly Hills, and the San Fernando Valley.
