View from New York City’s Tallest Residential Building

432 Park Avenue recently took the crown of being the tallest residential building in the Western Hemisphere.

The building located in midtown Manhattan, on Park Avenue between 56th and 57th street stands at 1,396 feet tall, taller than the Empire State Building, the Chrysler Building, as well as the Freedom Tower if you do not count the Freedom Tower’s spire.

The condominium has 104 units contained in 96 floors, prices start at $16.95 million and goes as high as $95 million for a penthouse.

Some of the amenities include large 10 by 10 feet windows, observation deck, climate-controlled wine cellars, outdoor terrace, a spa, a ‘massage therapy room’ and pool.

2This is the view to the north from the penthouse level, it towers over the rest of Manhattan and Central Park, making the other buildings around it look like miniatures.
