According to a recent Georgetown University’s Center on Education and the Workforce report “The Economic Value of College Majors”, here are some of the worse paying majors in college.

Early child education majors earn a median salary of $39,000, coming in at the lowest paying major.

Next is human services and community organization at a median salary of $41,000.

Most of the lowest earning majors are related to arts, education, consumer services, psychology, and social work.

That said, you cannot put a dollar value to happiness, and it is important to love what you do.

But please be informed and have the right expectations in mind when picking your college major.
